PRESENTATION

My name is Jaime, i migrated to the united states in 1994.

One day i was eating with my family and at the moment of ordering my food i felt curiosity to know what the burritos were, since i had never tasted them before. so i ordered a burrito.

From that moment on the flavors conquered me. after some time i started to work in a restaurant and i had a baby on the way.

I remember that he liked that i read a book titled: “burrito”, that told the story of how a mexican cook prepared his burritos to sell: beans, rice, meat, lettuce and its special touch.

The idea of creating my own recipe and selling it was fabulous to me, in the same way i saw that the people liked the burritos, and so it was born…”g” burrito
